Yoga is my passion. Since I first stepped onto a yoga mat at the age of 18 I’ve been hooked. At the time I wondered if yoga could relieve my aching back, it did. It also helped to calm my anxiety and to make me feel more at ease. Everywhere I’ve lived, I’ve found myself seeking out a local yoga class. Over the years I’ve tried and enjoyed many different styles of yoga from Sivananda to Astanga Vinyasa. After the birth of my first child I discovered Vajrasati yoga and was attracted by the focus on breath, body awareness and the sense of space and relaxation. On turning 40 I decided to fulfill my dream of training to become a yoga teacher. I love passing on my knowledge to the students I’m lucky enough to teach.
I am fully insured and a 500 hour registered yoga teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance Professionals.
