I enjoy teaching private classes, and currently teach a regular class at the offices of a large business in Brighton. If you would like to get together with a few work colleagues or friends this can be a great option. Depending on the time of day, I can also teach up to 5 people in my own home. If you have a specific injury or concern which requires more attention than in a general drop-in class, I can offer 1-2-1 sessions at your home or mine. I also teach chair yoga for people who are not able to get down onto a yoga mat. This is a great way of still enjoying the benefits of yoga whilst remaining seated. Classes are calming and gently paced with a focus on the breath, stretching and relaxation. Please contact me for more details.
